This downtown Austin residence runs 66 feet along a single wall of floor-to-ceiling glass. The open living, dining and kitchen space sits at the center, about 21 by 21 feet, with a waterfall island and a wall of built-in ovens.
The layout splits the bedrooms. The primary suite takes one end, with a primary bath of nearly 12 by 10 feet. The third bedroom and its bath sit alone at the other end. Bedroom 2, a second bath and a full laundry room line the hall between them.
We captured the home with a Matterport Pro2 from 28 scan positions and drew the floor plan from the scan. The listing measures 1,594 sq ft to the outside of the walls. The plan’s interior measures about 1,440 sq ft wall to wall, which is the expected difference.
