Basic 3D tours in Austin start around $250. They get a listing onto Zillow with a 3D badge, and that is often all they are for. The floor plan is drawn automatically from the scan and nobody checks it.
We check it. Every capture device has some scale error, so we measure known distances on site and calibrate the plan to the tape before we issue it. On our Big Lucky’s Pyramid scan the raw data read about 6% large; the plan we delivered did not. That is the difference between a plan a buyer glances at and one a designer, contractor or tenant can actually use.
You also get one crew for everything. The film, the twilight shoot, the aerials and the scan happen in the same visit, so the listing launches with one set of assets that match, delivered together in your Activated Library.

Before you book
The tour itself uses the same kind of camera. The difference is what comes with it: floor plans checked against tape measurements, features highlighted for buyers, aerials of the lot and roofline, and the option to shoot your film in the same visit. Commercial and development clients get plan files their designers and contractors can use.
A verified plan is an accurate record of existing conditions for listing, leasing, space planning and design. Permit drawings for a remodel or change of use usually need an architect or engineer; our plan gives them a checked base to start from.
No. It is a complete photographic record of the roof and exterior, taken by a licensed drone pilot. It helps roofers quote, adjusters assess and owners track condition over time, but it does not replace an inspection by a licensed inspector or roofer.
Tours stay live for 12 months. After that you can keep them online for $29 a month per tour, or we archive them and can reactivate them later. Your plan files and aerials stay in your Activated Library either way.
Yes. We schedule commercial scans before opening or after close so the space is empty and nothing interrupts your business.
Austin and the surrounding metro, including the Hill Country. Larger commercial and development projects elsewhere in Texas are quoted with travel.
